Simply include your order number and the issue you're facing, and we'll do everything in our power to make it right.
STANDARD RETURNS
If you wish to return an item that does not have any obvious damage (for example, if you simply changed your mind), please note the following refund conditions:
Original Shipping Fees: Any shipping fees paid on the original order are non-refundable.
Free Shipping Orders: For any orders that originally included free shipping, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Please note: The above conditions do not apply if you received the wrong item or a damaged package. We will fully cover the costs to resolve and replace incorrect or damaged orders.
MISSING OR STOLEN PACKAGES
We know how frustrating it is when a package goes missing! If your order tracking shows as "delivered" but you cannot locate the items, please take the following steps:

Check your surroundings: Look around your porch, side doors, mailroom, and check with neighbors to see if the package was accidentally misdelivered.

Wait 3 business days: Shipping carriers occasionally scan packages as "delivered" prematurely while they are still in transit.

Contact us: If your package still hasn't turned up after 3 business days, please reach out to us at info@pinabarware.com within 14 days of the marked delivery date.
Please note: We are committed to making things right for our customers. However, to protect against theft and fraud, we reserve the right to require an official carrier investigation, a signed affidavit, or a filed police report before issuing a replacement or refund. Accommodations for packages marked as "delivered" are made at our sole discretion.
RETURNS FOR GOODS PURCHASED ON AMAZON.COM
All Piña Barware products ordered via Amazon can be returned within 30 days by the terms outlined according to Amazon's Return Policy. If you ordered your tools on Amazon, please check your order confirmation in your account to begin the return process.
